Oberle Open Golf Tournament

About the Tournament
Join us for a lively round of golf to benefit the students of The Oberle Academy and the expansion of our educational programs and job training services for our students with disabilities.
In addition to 18 holes of golf w/cart and use of the driving range & putting green, registration includes a breakfast sandwich and coffee, 2 beer/soft drink tickets, luncheon and awards ceremony, plus chances to win Closest to Pin, Longest Drive and Hole-in-One competitions.
Event Schedule
7:30am - Player Registration
7:30 - 8:30am - Putting Contest 1st and 2nd Putt
8:45am - Player Instructions
9:00am - Shotgun Start/Captain's Choice
1:30pm - Lunch, Putting Contest 3rd Putt, Awards & Raffle Drawings
Contests, Raffles & Prizes
Sweet Sixteen Mulligan and String Package (One Per Team) - $100

One (1) 2-foot long string. Tie a knot in the string that shows how much length you are using each time. Use the string as many times as the team can before using it up. Inside that length and your putt is good.

Sixteen (16) mulligans for the team. The team receives sixteen mulligans to be used anywhere on the course.

One member of your team may tee up from the red tees ONCE during the round except for any par 3. (Cannot be counted towards the longest drive)

One player may hit one drive plus pitching wedge and be counted as their tee shot but only ONCE during the round. The team must play their next shot from where the pitching wedge shot lands. (Cannot be counted towards the longest drive).
Putting Contest (One per Person) - $20

One prize for $5,000

Anyone choosing to participate must be registered for the putting contest by April 25th, 2023.

There will be no registrations permitted for this contest after April 25th, 2023.

The first putt is from 10 feet. Those who make the putt will be permitted to putt from 30 feet. If made, the golfer will be permitted to continue on to the 50 foot putt.

Only one winner. Only one try from each hole. If more than one person makes the 50-foot putt, there will be a putt-off until there is only one winner.
Hole-In-One

Make a hole-in-one on the designated hole and win a new vehicle (to be announced). Mulligans cannot be used for this event.
Raffle - $50/ticket

Grand Prize: a $2,000 cruise to the Bahamas or a weekend getaway of your choice.

2nd Prize: a large-screen TV

3rd Prize: Callaway equipment

Update: The 9th Annual Oberle Academy Golf Tournament is Almost Full!
The Oberle Academy has had tremendous success this year and we would like to send out a large thank-you to all of our donors and supporters.
