Course of Study: High School

High School Program of Study

Grades 9-12

The Oberle Academy’s high school curriculum is designed to prepare students for life after graduation—whether their next step is college, career, or independent living. Students follow a comprehensive course of study that includes core academic subjects (English, math, science, social studies), world languages, and required electives in health and physical education.

Students also benefit from a wide range of career and technical education (CTE) options, including programs in carpentry, culinary arts, cosmetology, agriscience, graphic design, programming, and more. Many of these courses offer industry-recognized credentials or lead to dual enrollment opportunities with Germanna Community College.

Additional offerings include fine arts, theatre, digital media, functional academics, independent living, and work-based learning through the Education for Employment (EFE) pathway. Supportive programming is also available for students working toward an Applied Studies diploma.

Whether a student is focused on college preparation, workforce readiness, or developing practical life skills, The Oberle Academy provides a flexible, supportive, and individualized learning experience.
