The Oberle Academy offers a Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) accredited, rigorous academic program for students in grades 3–12 and post-graduate levels. Our classrooms maintain a 1:4 teacher-to-student ratio, with additional support staff as needed, allowing for specialized instruction tailored to each learner.

Whether a student needs academic support or enrichment beyond grade level, our team uses evidence-based, multi-sensory strategies proven to help students who learn differently. Throughout enrollment, each student completes academic assessments to guide individualized goal setting and instructional planning.

Our experienced educators support a wide range of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs, helping students overcome challenges, build skills, and gain confidence.

Instruction is interactive and hands-on, supported by:

• Rigorous academic programming aligned with individual learning plans
• Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses that build real-world skills
• Robust electives including music, art, theater arts, and STEAM
• Real-world experiences and community learning opportunities

All classrooms feature hands-on materials, and each student receives a Chromebook to support classroom learning. Students also benefit from a large outdoor green space, nearby city parks, and access to the local YMCA for recreation and physical education.
